Custom Valance Malaga Splash Button Fringe
Richloom moire' plaid fabric in soft watery blues and greens. This fully lined valance is trimmed with decorative onion ball fringe in blues and greens. It measures approximately 50"x20" and has a 3" rodpocket. Meant to hang flat on wide rod mimicking a mock cornice valance.
